You have full return and exchange right within 14 days of receipt of the item. You are entitled to try the product and provided that the order is returned in undamaged condition and that labels and the like will remain on the product.

 

When returning or replacing goods, you are responsible for the cost of return. You are also responsible for the goods coming to us in unchanged and good condition.

REFUND

Once we have received your return and checked so that the goods are in good condition, we will refund you. If you have chosen an invoice we will credit it and if you chose to pay by card, the money will be on your account within 5 business days.

Delivery time in Sweden is usually 2-5 days. If you send your order to us before 15:00, your order will be sent the the same day. Delivery times outside Sweden usually take a few extra days.

 

Packages weighing less than 3 kg and meeting the metric requirements are sent as postage with Postnord home to you or to the nearest mail delivery.
